The man with no rhythm wins the dance competition

The day at work was spent contemplating how we can become more efficient at work. Our conclusion was that this involved a complete restructuring of the way in which the school is run, but we couldn’t work out how to put this to the head, the deputy, the bursar, or come to that anyone else. We decided to continue the discussion after the bank holiday, but each of us left a note on her desk saying “Negotiation”. We think this is the key to everything, and to find the key to everything must represent a good days work.

Friday evening involved dancing at the Padget Rooms and the girls and I spent much of our time considering the footwork of the men on the dance floor. Few seem to have the ability to co-ordinate feet, arms and the beat of the music.

We nominated Bob as the man with absolutely no rhythm, only to find that he won the dance competition (and hence a bottle of wine) half way through the night.
